Ms Dynamics Platform Lead

An exciting permanent opportunity has become available for an MS Dynamics Platform Lead

The Platform Lead (CRM) is responsible for maintaining and optimising Bupa’s use of the Dynamics 365 platform. The Platform Lead works with architects, functional consultants, technical consultants, DevOps and Environment services team members as part of cross-functional teams to create designs for various components of the platform, to meet the platform’s goals of achieving scale and extensibility.

The role requires an understanding of various technology choices and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that enables related teams to deliver high quality services at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa’s customers and maintain integral Bupa systems.

**How will I help?**
- Enable and support cross-functional technology and design teams
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring of team members
- Adhere to Bupa and ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Determination of root cause of platform specific incidents
- Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents
- Integrate new infrastructure services based on designs, and participating in automation, consolidation, and centralization projects
- Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
- Contribute to architecture and product roadmap
- Contribute at any stage of the project or operational lifecycle as directed

You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification (highly desirable)
- Experience with Azure Cloud services (mandatory) and DevOps (mandatory)
- Experience with.NET / C# including Web Services development and deployment (desirable)
- Experience with ISV solutions (desirable)
- SQL Server, Oracle or other SQL experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of the health insurance business (desirable)
