**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing exceptional communication both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Work directly with clients and vendors to manage expectations and deliver results.
- **ITIL/ITSM and DevOps**:

- Utilize proven experience with DevOps practices and tools to streamline processes.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- **Leadership and People Management**:

- Demonstrate excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Manage multiple staff and prioritize work effectively.
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Process Improvement and Project Management**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Tertiary qualifications in computer science or a related discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ITIL/ITSM methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
