**Job Description**:

- Minimum 4 years of IT experience and at least 2 years in Online Digital or Digital Marketing Space
- Spearhead new campaigns, product launches and offers
- Work with cross functional team of content producers, copy righters, marketing stakeholders
- Manage the Agile ceremonies and rituals - daily stand-ups, showcases and retrospective meetings
- Manage estimation, iteration planning and prioritization for the team
- Stakeholder management - manage expectations and coordinate approvals/feedback
- Ability to identify risks and issues and plan appropriate response
- Capture team metrics at the end of each iteration and ensure the team’s progress and successes are visible
- Continuous review and understanding of resource utilization, and resource requirements
- Good to have : Digital Marketing related certifications, Knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Marketing suite platform(s), Certified Scrum Master
