**The Opportunity**

KBR is seeking a capable and motivated **Commercial Manager** to support the growth and delivery of commercial activities within our Australia Defence and Security Solutions (ADSS) business.

This position requires the ability to hold an AGSVA security clearance upon commencement.

**Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:

- Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by understanding requirements and ensuring contract outcomes align with expectations.
- Monitor commercial aspects of project performance and help identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to support the development of estimates and financial models.
- Contribute to the provision of commercial advice across programs and within the commercial team.
- Support contract reviews, negotiations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Help assess and manage commercial risks across projects.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or relevant Defence industry experience.
- Experience working in Defence-related commercial management (Industry and/or Government), with exposure to the ASDEFCON suite.
- Ability to contribute to negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- You must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
