**About Us**

On behalf of more than 30 government agencies across South Australia, AGFMA covers asset management for government-owned facilities and will generate a revenue of approximately $300 million per annum over the initial term. We will safely deliver these facilities management services to the community of South Australia, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are also excited to be partnering with local small to medium businesses to help us delivery these services, keeping investment and employment in South Australia.

**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager who will be responsible for providing commercial leadership across the contract and managing the commercial, risk and financial administration processes.
**Primary responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Development and implementation of contract guides, tools and materials to improve contract compliance and commercial acumen across the contract management team
- Provide commercial guidance and strategic direction in the development of operations and maintenance plans
- Continuously assess, identify and advise on contract process improvements (includes finance, operational and system process)
- Provide commercial and contractual compliance support, advice and guidance to the support services teams in the delivery of the contract and increasing commercial acumen across the team.
- Oversee client reporting to ensure information is accurate, timely and complete in accordance with the relevant contract

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (e.g. Business management, Commerce, Accounting)
- Knowledge of project financial management systems
- Experience of risk management
- 8 years demonstrated experience in similar role (facilities maintenance contracts preferred)
- Proven track record in delivering commercial outcomes
- Ability to collaboratively and constructively resolve contractual disputes
- Ability to provide commercial leadership on contractual matters and manage contractual notifications
- Ability to work across contract leadership team to ensure the overarching contract objectives are met
