**Heart of the role**
The vision for Team Experience (what we call HR at Winning Group) is about supporting the business to be a human company that focuses on inspiring our people with our vision and developing them to be the best that they can be.
This role will suit a highly motivated, organised, curious and open-minded individual. A person that is eager to learn, challenge the status quo, speak up and find new solutions to problems.
You will support the Team Experience with the coordination of duties across the whole employment lifecycle - recruitment, contracts, onboarding, new starter, internal movements and exit interviews.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Providing exceptional service to all new starters across the business
- Providing support to the Head of TX and TXBP’s regarding team member issues, resignations and terminations
- Provide administrative and coordination support for remunerations reviews
- Undertake policy reviews (with support and guidance from Head of TX)
- Coordinate the Welcome to Winning Induction program and support Managers with 1:1 inductions
- Manage EAP provider relationship, contract renewal, reporting, invoicing and promotion of EAP Toolkit and resources
- Manage all L&D requests and ensure they are within budget
- Provide support to the Head of TX with preparing the monthly Board report, including turnover data
**Qualifications**:
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary education in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or similar discipline or 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using recruitment platforms and Gsuite would be a plus
- Experience in a customer service based role
- Sense of humour - essential
- Flexible and adaptable
- Eager to learn, and a challenger to the status quo
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Team player - no, you will not be required to do trust exercises, but you will need to help the team, whatever it takes
