You will collaborate with our team and develop relationships across the organisation with respect to all HR activities, and to foster and embed practices to contribute to a great workplace culture.

**Qualifications & experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HR and IR legislative requirements and ability to interpret Awards and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, including developing strategies for engaging talent.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicant must have excellent communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRMS systems and comfortable learning new technical systems
- Certificate 4 in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Talent acquisition, managing the end-to-end recruitment process using tools such as Scout and Employment Hero
- Onboarding of new employees and ensure appropriate policies and procedures are meet, including VEVO checks.
- Liaise with Migration Agents and government departments if company require sponsoring staff.
- Dealing with Work Cover and return to work claims
- Providing support to managers in relation to performance management and disciplinary action.
- Assisting payroll officer when required
- Assist when require with administration tasks including phone calls, messages, greeting and signing in of visitors.

**Hours**

This Position is Permanent Part Time of 20 hours per week, to be worked across Tuesday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible and would suit school hours.

**Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.**
