**Your role**
- We are currently seeking an experienced Dietitian to join our Lower Southwest team on a **permanent,** **part-time basis,**ideally 3 or 4 days per week.
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage a varied caseload, supporting a range of different people of all ages, living with disability.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in providing a range of Dietetic services as part of your customers overall mealtime management plan.
- Support your customers to set and achieve their goals, helping them to improve their health and well-being.
- Maintain clinical records, client documentation and provide information and report on services delivered as per the requirements of CRM.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics, or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Accredited Practicing Dietitian.
- Experience working under the NDIS framework within the disability support sector.
- Previous experience with mealtime management.
- Ideally have previous experience supporting people living with a disability, paediatrics and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder support
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills teamed with the ability to work autonomously.
- Have a strong focus on safety culture and willingness to always improve quality, safety and compliance.
- Hold a valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate with at least 6 months validity
