**Description**:

- We are looking for a hard-working individual who possesses a strong worth ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
- If you have experience as a Warehouse/Storeperson, this will be preferred but not essential. Role is based on a day shift, Monday to Friday.-
**Primary Functions**:

- Assist with all facets of the receiving and dispatch of inventory.
- Work within the warehouse to allow for safe, accurate, and efficient handling of products.
- Ensure the company services its customer base through reliable dispatch of orders to meet customer demands and expectations.
- To assist in meeting the company's objective of no missed shipments (KPI) and having sufficient product quantities always available.
- Planning and Coordination of local product builds, adaptation of imported products.

**Responsibilities/ Accountabilities**:

- To manage the inventory of the FEA warehouse.
- The receiving of product from FE overseas locations.
- The receiving of products from customers and local suppliers.
- Coordinate the processing of sales order picking lists, RF bar code and 2D scanning for packing list and freight forwarders to ensure product is dispatched to meet customer delivery dates.
- Advise the warehouse supervisor or his delegate of any concerns to meet the customers needs or ways of better performing duties to enable better processing of orders and product.
- Provide input to product movements and any potential problems on inventory levels to enable company goal of accurate inventory and no missed shipments every day.
- Coordinate to ensure that all products are rotated to ensure oldest out first (by date code) and that any older or odd models are dispatched first or as directed from time to time.
- Assist warehouse staff for local product adaption, short run work orders, testing, painting, lead manufacture, product failure, warranty, repair and service issues in cooperation with technical, sales and management as requested.
- Assist to manage the warehouse in a safe, tidy and efficient manner and to address OHS issues.
- Assist with cycle counting and accurate product management.
