For our office at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Training Coordinator.**Training Specialist**

Your new job includes
- Support Retail Training Manager and retail sales team with Operational, SCLC, ADAAPT 6 Steps in Customer Service and Product training coordination and implementation.
- Prepare and maintain department training calendars for Sydney T1, T2, T3, Gold Coast, Broadway stores.
- Coordinate and provide training in store and classroom support for retail sales staff, coordinate retail sales team training iPads
- Coordinate logistics for, retail training, meeting room bookings, materials and equipment set up for operational, customer service and product training.
- Coordinate and update operational procedures folders in collaboration with the Retail Training Manager
- Create training schedules for all departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain retail training records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards are maintained across all training activities

What you should bring along
- You have a background in customer service, with experience in retail, training, delivery, processes and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills, experience in point of sale training
- Excellent communication skills - exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities and high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Be a natural self-starter who seeks out opportunity for improvement
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standards
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end training process
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques and customer service principles
- Proven ability to engage and train individuals
