Boutique Consultancy has partnered with a well known non for profit organisation to recruit an EA to support their Head of Research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for all enquiries and requests for the Director of Research.
- Screening calls and mail, handling them as appropriate, determining priorities and redirecting enquiries and requests to the appropriate staff when required.
- Provide accurate, efficient and timely administrative support to the Director of Research as required.
- Liase with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate external activities, including maintenance of a database of stakeholder contacts and interests in support of the external relations portfolio.
- Manage senior level visits.
- Ensure reports and publications are planned and implemented appropriately.
- Preparation of minutes, correspondence and presentations, including drafting and typing general and confidential material.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations as required.
- The incumbent will be required to liaise with various organisations often in relation to confidential material therefor discretion will be required when sourcing information.
- Maintain office systems, including efficient filing, records management lodgement, ready access and follow up systems for both paper and electronic records and correspondence.
- Assist with office financial administration
- Ensure records and equipment items are maintained appropriately.

**About you**:

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in a support role
- Demonstrated experience as an accomplished and professional Executive or Team Assistant
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to plan and prioritize work assignments
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- A motivated self-starter
- Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems, etc.)
