Executive Assistant to The Head of Equity Research

Sydney- Ancillary Areas- PermanentOur client is a leading financial services firm based in Sydney’s CBD. They are seeking an experienced EA to join their research department as EA to the Head of Equity Research as well as supporting the research team of four.
As the role assists with the publishing and distribution of equity research reports, strong MS Word and attention to detail is required.
Any prior experience supporting an Equity Research team will be seen as very favourable.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide support to the Research Division and where required, other divisions, including but not limited to the:
- Publication and distribution of equity research reports;
- Preparation of presentations, reports, publications, schedules, templates, spreadsheets, models;
- Organisation of travel;
- Organisation of events (staff and client);
- Database maintenance and management;
- Management of IT and IT support; and
- Setting up new staff members administratively.
- Manage the junior office administrator on a day to day basis.
- Work closely with the administrative team to ensure the overall smooth running of facilities and equipment at the office.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, client relationship management
- software and publishing software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high pressure environment with competing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent organisational skills.
