**The Role**

This full-time temp to perm, or permanent role is ideally suited to an experienced Accounts Officer who likes a transactionally focussed role, who likes to get their hands dirty in AP and AR This role is predominantly end to end AP and AR working within a small close knit team of 4 in Finance. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role provides real and genuine career growth opportunities down the track, with the ability to gradually increase the scope of this role.

The role offers real workplace flexibility with a hybrid working home/office, flex start/finish times and approx. 2 days at home, 3 in office - to be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.

Your primary duties will comprise of:

- Full function AP
- Full function AR
- Opening new accounts
- Checking credit viability
- Collections
- Invoicing
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Updating CRM system
- Uploading payments onto the system
- Processing payments
- Bank recs
- Credit queries
- Other ad hoc accounts duties where required
