**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an Management Consultant to act as a strategic liaison between our company and our esteemed clients. This pivotal position will involve onsite management, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of projects and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Advisory and Consulting**: Provide expert consulting, develop solutions for business challenges, and collaborate with teams to achieve goals.
- **Business Development & Client Relations**: Build and maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities, and enhance revenue through strategic actions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Project Oversight**: Strengthen stakeholder relationships, manage projects effectively, and contribute strategic insights.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in strategic thinking, consulting, project management, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in networking, negotiation, strategic planning, and market analysis.
- Familiarity with Asana, SystemHUB, or similar tools for effective system documentation and task management.
- A track record of achieving high client satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

**Background**
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or a related discipline. MBA, certifications in management, and professional memberships advantaged.
- Must be fluent in English. Other languages may be an asset.
- Advanced English writing skill is a must.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a management consultant is a must.
- Must have knowledge of digital transformation and strategic program delivery, focusing on operational efficiency, project management, and client-focused innovation.
- Must be willing to be based in Sunshine West Victoria, Australia.
