A dynamic and highly reputable financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Marketing Communications Manager to join their collaborative marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a critical newly created role responsible for executing their education and content strategy to drive maximum value and business results.

You will work closely with business line leaders, digital, content, PR and communications, and global and regional marketing colleagues, to deliver strategic marketing programs that drive interest, consideration, preference and leads.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Developing, planning, implementing and monitoring overall external communication strategy across all mediums
- Ensuring the external corporate communications strategy is on brand and consistent across all channels
- Effectively communicating brand values to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting distribution team by developing impactful communication strategies to target segments
- Developing key messages, content and communications tools to existing and prospective clients
- Creating the messaging and content for the website, LinkedIn, media releases, white papers, thought leadership pieces and newsletters
- Managing external communications partnerships
- Developing and managing media profile, positioning & messaging with external partners and agencies both locally and globally

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (marketing, commerce, business and/or communications)
- 6+ years marketing experience in financial services with previous exposure to wealth management
- Goal-orientated and willing to roll up sleeves and execute
- Excellent relationship building skills complemented by proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries and across the world
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative approach to problem solving and ability to innovate and continually improve marketing effectiveness
- Proven track record of working with senior business stakeholders and clients
- Strong financial literacy and ability to translate complex content in compelling marketing and content
- Demonstrated marketing capability and proven ability to deliver results on time and budget
- Ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, for example, sales teams, etc.
