**In this Analyst, Org Effectiveness role, you will**
- Contribute to the design and continuous evolution of Domain model’s ways of working standards and governance approach
- Support the Domain-by-domain squad relaunch activity that helps to immerse product squads within the new Domain delivery system
- Contribute to the development / enhancements to the E2E delivery cycle and tooling landscape
- Ensuring adherence to delivery process & tooling controls by Domains within the defined risk tolerance
- Assist the Org Effectiveness LT to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the wider OE team to support colleague engagement
- Play a key role in ensuring the business becomes customer obsessed and to drive delivery velocity in the speed and efficiency of how we deliver to our customers

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in delivering end-to-end processes with consideration of various stakeholder needs (i.e. business and technology)
- Experience in delivering transformation, ideally op model related, in a complex organisational environment
- Knowledge of technology ways of working and how these align to broader enterprise delivery processes is preferred
- A positive, can do attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations while using your initiative and willingness to learn to continue developing
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders from different business units
- Data analytics & process optimisation experience
- Knowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies highly regarded
