**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a full time **Partnerships and Events Coordinator**to join our HQ team in Newstead QLD. This rolewill be responsible for amplifying the brand’s visibility through strategic public relations, media outreach, influencer partnerships, and events. This role will work closely with the marketing and creative teams and alongside the Partnerships and Events Manager, to develop, coordinate, and execute brand-aligned campaigns that increase engagement, boost brand loyalty, and drive customer acquisition.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Public Relations:

- Supporting the Partnerships & Events Manager to implement PR strategies to elevate brand awareness and reputation in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, and key media contacts.
- Support with crafting compelling press materials, including press releases, pitches, media kits, and brand stories.
- Monitor and report on media coverage, press clippings, and track the success of PR initiatives.
- Support with securing brand features and editorial placements in top-tier and niche fashion, lifestyle, and business publications.
- Support with managing VRG GRL’s LinkedIn Profile
- Supporting the Partnerships & Events Manager to build and maintain relationships with PR Agencies and any other Affiliate partnerships

Influencer & Brand Partnerships:

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand’s reach and executing brand events
- Support the Partnerships & Events Manager to create innovative influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships that align with the brand’s voice and objectives for events
- Constantly source new talent who align with the brand - both paid and unpaid
- Develop the influencer contracts, ensuring we are constantly improving contracts and deadlines are met
- Develop, monitor and track engagement and conversions through influencer programs
- Work alongside external PR agencies on influencer related projects, organising deliverables and project administration.

Events Coordination:

- Support with the planning and executing of brand events, including product launches, pop-up shops, influencer events etc.
- Help to coordinate all event logistics, from location selection and vendor negotiation to set up, staffing, Bump in and Bump out.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure event experiences reflect the brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop post-event reports, including metrics on attendee engagement, press coverage, and ROI.

Brand Building & Campaign collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams on all PR and event activities
- Assist in developing integrated campaigns that combine digital marketing, content creation, and social media with PR and event strategies.
- Act as a brand's spokesperson, representing VRG GRL at events, trade shows, and with press.
