Head Barista

We are looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic **HEAD BARISTA** to join the fam Avocado Café is the home of the community coffee slingers. We all work together towards hospitality excellence We're situated in Brighton-Le-Sands (someone say summer swims?)

**MUST BE AVAILABLE 5-6 MORNINGS FROM 6:45am-4pm INCLUDING BOTH DAYS ON WEEKENDS.**

**Qualifications & experience**
- Minimum of 5 years' Barista experience
- Confident enough to work independently on coffee machine
- Strong understanding of coffee
- Positive can-do attitude and a friendly, presentable manner
- Reliable punctuality
- Excellent Customer Service

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Work well in a fast-paced environment in a clean & organised fashion.
- Adjusting grind, scale and dosing on the regular.
- Maintaining stock control as well as maintaining the upkeep of coffee machine.
- Always maintaining hygiene standards.

Pay: $30.05 - $35.44 per hour
