**Are you looking to expand your horizons and deliver high profile, exciting projects and leave a legacy?**
The Macalister Irrigation District is the largest irrigation district in southern Victoria. The district has secure water supplies supplemented by good rainfall, productive soils, a strong dairy sector and developing vegetable and cropping industries. Estimates put annual economic contribution more than $500M per year.
**You will be responsible for;**
- Maintenance of the overall program to enable effective monitoring and reporting, on cost, time, scope, quality, and risk.
- Manage internal and external communication processes during the delivery of any capital works projects
- Liaison with and direction of both internal and external engineering service providers as required.
- Liaison and engagement with external stakeholders as required.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent and eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia is preferred but not mandatory
- Capability to deliver water sector capital projects, preferably with a civil engineering project management background.
- High quality written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Current Victorian Driver’s license.
- Ability to travel to and work from other SRW Office locations as required.
