Accountabilities

Serves as a primary point of contact for Regional Sales Managers (RSM) during the design phase of the Order Acquisition process - reviews final bid specifications, proposals and quotations for each region
Responsible for records of all sales quotes, bids and delivery information for all WW, DW and IC business for all international regions
Implements and supports the continuous improvement of a high-efficiency, high capacity sales process that drives dynamic market penetration & revenue growth
Provides strategic and tactical support to the RSMs and PMO on service, project management and sales related issues within their regions
Provides input into sizing and bid pricing strategy to the RSM
Actively works with Sales leaders, peers and Marketing to ensure sales processes and tools are developed and / or improved as required
Assists in the development of the ‘pre-call plans’ and implements under the direction of the RSM’s
Proactively intervenes with RSMs when barriers to sales and revenue growth exist or develop
Serves as liaison between RSMs and other functional areas within Trojan throughout the design and implementation phases - ensures that technical and /or administrative matters are, from an RSM and customer perspective, seamlessly handled - ensures that the RSM is kept apprised of any potentially adverse relationship issues
Gathers feedback from primarily RSMs, competitive intelligence, market environment & product development ideas. Provides input to VP Sales toward the refinement of International arena plans.
Ensures that concerns referred from the field (RSM) to other functions are dealt with promptly & fairly
