Job summary

This HR Assistant role is part of the PxT ACES team focusing on creating effective mechanism to draft and govern PxT/HR processes to ensure appropriateness, consistency and equity. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and process improvements. The role will work on HR processes and policies to ensure alignment with Amazon Global best practices across Australia, Singapore and China. This high visibility role will work closely with teams within and outside of PxT.

Key job responsibilities
- Supporting multi country process improvement initiatives.
- Develops suggestions for improvements to maximize value of resources
- Audits and analyzes key findings
- Establish the overall PxT process & policy governance model and manage the overall process of policy creation, review/update, implementation and deprecation
- Update, draft and maintain SOPs with stakeholder in standard templates
- Create overall communication plan for process and policy rollout
- Provide training and guidance on policies, processes to internal and external PxT customers
- Analyze data and provide insights to business on key business problem
- Experience working in Human Resources functions (Business partner or generalist) or with stakeholders including legal, HR, Operational, and others required to execute global policy at scale - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Results-oriented - ability to motivate and influence diverse teams - A fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances and behaviors of Amazon's Operations business - Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
