**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Area Manager, your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality homes across multiple sites that exceed our customers' expectations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of multiple dwelling across several key projects
- Manage construction in accordance with contractual arrangements, timelines and within budget
- Inspect completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship
- Ensure construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems
- Manage Trades compliance with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation
- Liaise with customers and council, as required to provide an unbeatable customer service
- Complete required documentation and paperwork
**About you**
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Wilson Homes and NEX Building Group along with:
- 2 years’ experience within Supervising residential builds is preferred
- Excellent work ethic, drive, and enthusiasm
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
- Knowledge of the basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards related to the building of residential homes
- Ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment
