Are you a people person who excels at building connections? We're looking for a dedicated Inside Account Manager to join our team and help our customers get the most value from our services. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for both existing and new customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Reach out to our existing customers to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring their renew using our services.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell our addiotnal services based on their unique needs.
- **Customized Solutions**: Understand the individual requirements of each customer and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- **Sales Targets**: Maintain accurate customer records in our database and work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Pest Control industry is a significant advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers over the phone.
- **Positive Attitude**: An upbeat personality with a genuine passion for helping others.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- **CRM Familiarity**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and best practices.
