**Downer Network Services **provides maintenance and minor capital works for our key Electricity Distribution client in Victoria. Our team are specialists in their field, and our environment involves a high level of collaboration with our field crews, planning experts, operational leaders, and functional support teams.

**THE ROLE**

Our team is excited to be seeking a Program and Scheduling Coordinator to support the optimisation and packaging of rolling work programs. You will interface with client stakeholders to assess incoming projects, ensuring both constructability and billability, while aligning with safety, cost, and quality standards. Your strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in delivering work packages successfully. This role is the precursor to the planning function, managing incoming works to ensure the efficient and optimal delivery of maintenance services.

**ABOUT YOU**
- In-depth knowledge of construction and maintenance within the ESI environment.
- Qualifications in Asset Management, Planning, or Project Management (desirable).
- Extensive experience in Scheduling and Maintenance Planning.
- Strong commercial acumen and independent decision-making, with an understanding of business and project impacts.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to nurture relationships across all levels and with stakeholders.
- Unmatched attention to detail and thoroughness, with a strong propensity for precision.
