About the Role
As a Workflow Manager, you will enable resource planning and flighting of marketing projects, providing end-to-end support to the Marketing Workforce & Delivery Lead to ensure the right resource (internal and external) with the right capability and the right capacity can successfully deliver business objectives and high impact projects. This role will also help establish, monitor and analyse workflow metrics to meet current needs, fostering a dynamic and responsive workflow.

What will your day look like?
**As a Workflow Manager, you are accountable for**:
Developing, implementing and managing marketing workflows to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Project Coordination through collaboration with marketing and other key stakeholders including internal and external agency resources to align initiative flighting and capacity with project timelines and deliverables.
Workflow process improvements by identifying areas for uplift and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Performance tracking by establishing, monitoring and reporting on the progress of marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
Managing the allocation of internal and external resources against initiative flighting to ensure optimal utilization and avoid bottlenecks.
Facilitating clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive and fully compliant documentation of workflows, processes, and project statuses.
Continuous improvement and optimisation of these processes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven experience using workflow management tools and software.
Proven experience in a workflow management role, with a track record of supporting successful project delivery.
Proven ability to participate in workshops and forums to engage stakeholders and drive the right workflow management initiatives.
Strong organizational and workflow management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent team support abilities, including a focus on team culture and can-do thinking.
Financial acumen with the ability to track and manage complex budgets.
Analytical skills to establish, monitor, interpret, and improve workflow metrics and performance indicators.
Proficiency in workflow management software and tools, such as scheduling, flighting and capacity planning systems.
