Are you an experienced Customer Service professional looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Resolving queries around account transactions, invoices, systems queries, new accounts, logistics and general support
- Providing first call resolution for Customer Service and Logistics inquiries
- Work effectively across communication channels to manage inbound call and case workload. Answering 40-45 calls/day professionally and positively
- Focusing on the customer to understand their needs and pain point to effectively problem solve
- Entering and maintaining accurate data records in all required systems
- Actively working to understand CHEP's business functions, systems and products so you can provide a one-stop shop for inbound calls
- Demonstrated experience in a busy customer service / logistics role within a contact centre
- Experience in quickly and efficiently solving customer issues
- A can-do positive attitude with an empathetic nature
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Some knowledge of Salesforce & SAP would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills with an aptitude to build strong working relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail, with systematic and timely follow-through
- The ability to handle multiple tasks/projects and operate well under pressure
- Logistics experience and Chain of Responsibility knowledge highly regarded
