**Job Type**: Full-Time - TEMP ASSIGNMENT

**Role Overview**: As an HR Project Officer, you will be instrumental in driving HR projects that support our clients strategic objectives. You will work closely with the HR team to implement and manage various HR initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with wider business goals and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee HR projects, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant legislation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
