**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Specialist in Supply and Procurement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing materials, and ensuring the timely delivery of supplies required for our projects. You will work closely with our project managers and vendors to optimize our supply chain and support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet project requirements.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage vendor relationships.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Collaborate with project managers to understand material needs and project timelines.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenditures.

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Relevant certification or degree in supply chain management or business administration is preferred.

Pay: $72,397.38 per year
