Global Disability & Health Care Services is a leader in Disability, Community and Health Staffing Services. Established in Sydney, Global has been providing quality disability support workers, nurses for more than 20 years to public and private hospitals, state government, non-government organisations and private care.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of a supportive Management and Allocations team who are committed to provide experienced staffing to our partner organisations. We look to welcome an in-house talent acquisition superstar to support our Allocations team to ensure that everyone who joins Global Disability can make a positive difference in the sector.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the talent acquisition cycle, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can build professional relationships, develop, maintain, and attract talent in the sector.

**Main Duties include**:

- Working closely with the Allocations Team to attract, recruit and retain key talent in the sector
- Attract, recruit, and retain disability support workers, youth works, nurses and other allied health professionals
- Working in conjunction with the Associate Manager to identify and engage with talent
- Overseeing all stages of the talent acquisition process
- Conducting and following-up on employment and compliance related checks
- Overseeing advertising and job vacancies

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
