Jetts Albany Creek is looking for a Club Manager for our fully refurbished club, currently in growth mode.

The club has been completely renovated recently and is in growth mode, so we are looking for a driven leader who has high standards and the ability to manage themselves and their gym with a high degree of autonomy.

- You have a background in management, sales, membership consultant or Personal Training - but most of all, you are a Leader
- You know that numbers count, attention to detail is important, and being relentless and consistent delivers results over time
- You believe that health & fitness improves the quality of people’s lives
- You enjoy creating a culture and community through in-club activities and external partnerships
- You enjoy posting on social media and content creation
- You have worked to KPIs in previous roles, and are driven to hit sales targets
- You love the community of a high-end boutique gym and getting to know each member personally
- You tackle your day with energy, passion and authentic care for your members and team

**What essential qualifications do you need?**
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (or willing to obtain one)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Working with Children check (Blue Card)
