Energised Talent Solutions is proudly supporting another Australian owned local renewable energy development company in their pursuit of 1st class talent

This renewable energy company has been created by some of the most experienced people in the Australian solar industry. The team was behind some of the largest and significant solar projects developed and built in Australia to date. They are now looking for a Land Acquisition representative to join their team in Sydney on a permanent basis. Using your sales process skills gained in other industries, you will be working on the initial land acquisition or leasing aspect for massive multimillion dollar renewable energy projects.

You would be expected to undertake the following:

- Managing and securing land agreements through to Option and Lease for both ‘main site’ landowners and 3rd parties
- Day to day management of relationships with landowners including site meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess and document potential sites from desktop reviews and site visits.
- Undertake initial title due diligence by reviewing land registry information and liaising with landowners and their agents.
- Report to and collaborate with the development team to contribute to high performance and successful development projects.

It is expected you will have:

- Full Australian Driving License (essential)
- An excellent and willing communicator - enjoys picking up the phone as well as dealing with people face to face.
- Proven sales/account acquisition/account management experience are a must.
- Self-starting, organised and able to manage your own time.
- Fluent in use of software such as MS Office (particularly Word and Excel, Google Earth, and project collaboration tools)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
