**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a National Account Manager to join our team. This role will see you play a pivotal role in overseeing the Coles account across the Cereal, Nutritional Snacks, and Health categories.You will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing profitability, and setting strategic direction through close collaboration with internal teams and Coles in order to achieve business targets and objectives as well as exceeding customer expectations.

**What your days looks like**:

- Collaboratively work with Coles to develop and implement strategic business plans for Branded and Private Label products to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead national sales performance for Cereal, Nutritional Snacks, and Health categories, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute category-specific growth initiatives within Coles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Coles Category Managers for mutual success.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform category strategies, promotional plans, and budgeting.

**The Ingredients for Success**:

- Proven experience in senior business management, ideally with national retail accounts like Coles.
- Strong commercial insight and a track record of driving growth within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in Cereal, Nutritional Snacks, or Health categories is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and proficiency in business management software and data analysis tools.
