Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road MHF manufacturing facility, we are looking to engage an experienced and results oriented Mechanical Fitter to join our Maintenance and Reliability team. In this role, you will be performing predictive, preventive, corrective and proactive maintenance on equipment across the site whilst supporting our continuous improvement culture.

**What will you be doing?**
- Performing predictive, preventive, corrective and proactive maintenance on all equipment across the agrichemical plant. No two days will be the same
- Ensuring that required work has appropriate Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA), Take 5, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Management of Change (MOC) completed before performing task
- Keeping up to date on the usage of equipment and tools necessary to carry out day-to-day activities
- Participating in and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging suggestions, ideas and the use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve equipment reliability, availability, maintainability and safety
- Performing duties assigned on the daily schedule to a high standard in 5S, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Maintaining records as required including printing Work Orders, assigning parts, recording history, raising supplementary work orders and closing out work orders in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (MEX)

**What do you bring?**

You’re a qualified and experienced Mechanical Fitter with demonstrated experience in the Chemical industry or similar looking to join a cutting edge team who are passionate about what they do You’re a problem solver who has a commitment to continuous improvement activities while being safety conscious and you’re well versed in appropriate safety standards. Knowledge of RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance, Lean or Six Sigma and RCA is well regarded but most importantly we are looking for you Unearth the Possibilities of a career with us

**Salary**: $92,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
