Laverton North, Australia Callaway Diesel Pty Ltd Full time

Callaway Diesel is an Australian-owned, family-operated workshop.

This role is based at our brand new Laverton North facility.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshooting breakdowns
- Execute ‘planned maintenance' activities as well as responding to breakdowns
- Perform production welding, fabrication, adjustments and repairs as directed.
- Ensure Preventative Maintenance tasks are completed 100% on time
- Ensure adherence to safety management policies & procedures.

Essential Qualification/ Experience
- Trade qualification Mechanical Fitter
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Mechanical knowledge

- Work in a safe and timely manner

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 1 year (preferred)
