**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate and driven Secondary Sales Consultant: WA to join our Sales team. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets by calling upon and maintaining regular contact with all relevant decision makers in the assigned territory. The role is to deliver growth by demonstrating, promoting, and selling Oxfords’ resources.
The Sales Consultant will maximise sales with schools by focusing on customer needs, presenting mutually beneficial commitments and a mutually beneficial solution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact key decision makers on an organised basis to ensure maximum exposure of Oxford products.
- Achieve Sales Budgets
- Ensure sales calls are strategically targeted to provide results.
- Embody Professional Selling Skills (PSS)
- Ensure key influencers to decision makers are aware of our new publications and present them with sample material wherever possible.
- Customer first focus by establishing sustainable relationships with key decision makers.
- Maintain CRM to provide updated data
- Maintain expenses records and the company vehicle within the policy guidelines.
- Perform effectively as a member of a team and of the organization.
**About You**
**Essential**:
- Proven sales experience
- Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess valid driver license
**Desirable**:
- Tertiary qualification
- Experience in use of CRM
