As a Web Content Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the department's online presence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your new role**

As a temporary AS05/6 Web Content Administrator, you will be responsible for managing website update requests, content management requests, and organising publishing across three different external websites and an internal intranet.

Your key duties will include:

- Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their website update requirements
- Implementing changes to website content and ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Coordinating and publishing new content, including documents, images, and multimedia elements
- Conducting regular website maintenance activities, such as checking for broken links and outdated information
- Providing support and training to users on content management systems
- Monitoring website analytics and reporting on website performance
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in web content management

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in web content management or a similar role
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks within given deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web accessibility standards
- Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is desirable
- Knowledge of the South Australian State Government's website standards and guidelines is advantageous
- A valid National Police Clearance
