ChampionX is searching for a Logistics Specialist within our Team located in Perth (Bentley), WA. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed, received, and dispatched in a timely manner. **What You will do**:
- _Ensure all orders are processed include a picking list, and a delivery docket for the dispatch of product through enterprise resource planning tool, SAP._
- _Organizes and co-ordinates transport as required for third party transport, or any other carrier as specified on delivery paperwork._
- _Answers all inquiries from customers and representatives with regards to availability or delivery of products or ensure that they are directed to the relevant personnel for assistance_
- _Ensures all filing and archiving is kept up to date_
- _Ensure booking in of all stock transfer orders (STO) stock that is received into 3rd party sites._
- _Ensure all orders are dispatched on time out of 3rd party manufacture production sites._
- _Ensure all products are dispatched to all Inter Company STO’s on time_
- _Dispatching all Export orders_
- _Contacting customers to ensure deliveries can be made prior to deliveries occurring should dates change_
- _Arranging quotes on transport costs for Representatives and customers_
- _Organizing the offshore tanks to be dispatched as advised by the representative_

**Minimum Requirements**
- _Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel_
- _Experience with SAP will be highly regarded_
- _A strong understanding of Dangerous Goods laws and regulations_
