Want to work for a global Chemical company who operate in the Oil and Gas sector? This role is with a global leader in chemistry programs and services. Their operations span 55 locations worldwide, and they're a NASDAQ listed organisation.

They have a contract requirement for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist, to focus on supply chain and distribution data. This is an initial 12 month contract and is based at their Bentley offices, close to Curtin University, walking distance to public transport, and with free on-site parking.

The best part? You'll be replacing an employee who has just been offered a permanent role within the business. You'll be stepping into a job that is running perfectly. The remaining team will help you once you commence to really show you the ropes, explain what needs to be done, and guide you as you go. But the main ground work has been done for you already.

This role will focus on Logistics, Supply Chain and Distribution information, within their transactional distribution space.

You'll be responsible for:

- Providing support to the Supply Chain and Logistics team
- Bookings and data entry to SAP
- Receipting of goods
- Booking transport of material
- Other duties related to Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics and Data.

In terms of your background, you'll need to have an eye for detail. I know, every job advert asks for that right? But for this one, you'll be handling a large amount of data, so it's important you get it right.

If you come from a background such as Logistics, Accounting or Data Analysis, that will definitely help. They use SAP for all their data, so experience with that system would be perfect too.
