**The opportunity**
- You’ll be part of our Customer Success team where you get to represent the voice of the customer within MYOB and be a highly collaborative conduit between Customer Success, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our customers are understood and reflected across the business.
In this role, you will provide holistic solutions to our customers, leaving them feel valued and heard. Ensure our SME customers get maximum value from our products and services, and that ultimately we retain and grow our customer base.
**Your day to day will involve...**:
- Representing MYOB to the best of your ability in every interaction
- Outbound calls to drive Utilization from SME Client base and value add for MYOB products
- Listening out for and understanding the needs and expectations of the customer
- Knowing and offering most relevant MYOB solutions to fulfil on customer needs and expectations
- Taking ownership of the customer’s experience with MYOB by ensuring the customer’s needs are met even when action is required by other teams
**What you will bring...**:
- A solid understanding of SME Businesses
- Extensive outbound sales or customer success experience
- Ability to effectively engage with customers to discover business circumstances
- Ability to recognise business needs and how to match their needs with MYOB solutions

- Please note that this role will be paying within the a range of $68,850 - $81,000 plus superannuation.
