**About the Role?**
As a Customer Service Admin Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. You will be based at Melbourne Airport, and you may be required to work at other locations within reasonable travel distance. Specific focus will be on;
- Be able to work as part of a high performing team
- Be involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements
- Support and coordinate communication between corporate and agency locations
- Optimisation of available fleet through effective management of all vehicles
- Controlling of key KPI’s and financial benchmarking using key KPI’s
- Liaise with Fleet team and Car Dealers within the organisation
**About You?**
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in the retail and sales or car rental field preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Keyboard skills essential for the completion of reservations
- You must hold a full and current VIC driver’s licence with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Flexibility of working hours (7 day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
- Fully Vaccinated from COVID-19
