Customer Service Representative

Based in a great East Melbourne location | Flexible hybrid working
- Starting salary of $60,000 - $65,000+ super depending on experience
- Use your admin and customer service experience to work in the logistic industry
**About the role**
Use your excellent communication and strong administration skills to work closely with existing and new clients, this role with involve a great variety of tasks where no one day will be the same.
**Responsibilities**

This role will be varied in nature whereby you will focus on providing optimal customer support. Your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Offering a wide range of support to existing clients
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Data entry and reporting
- Building and maintaining key business relationships
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Customer Service experience
- Great administration skills
- Good computing skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
- Able to work as an effective team member across different departments
