**Our Opportunity**:
An amazing opportunity is now available for an experienced Trade Centre Supervisor to join the team based at our Mount Waverley DTC in Victoria.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for Counter Sales and Store Supervision. This is a hands-on position with responsibility for all aspects of the store and employees. Collaboration with support teams will be paramount to the success of this role. Your daily responsibilities will include however not be limited to:

- Supervision of the store and staff who are responsible for the daily operations of the store.
- Provide a superior level of customer service - this includes 2nd tier level service for any dispute or complaint resolution.
- Over the counter sales, customer development and customer quotes.
- Stock Management: This includes monitoring stock levels, being aware of all stock movements, processing as well as end to end delivery details.
- Managerial reporting: performing cost benefit and needs analysis, ongoing sales and status reports, as well as tracking market potential.
- Achieve agreed store targets and outcomes within schedule.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for the Daikin team and this role can also open doors for long term career growth.

**The Right Person**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A proven track record in trade HVAC sales with solid experience in a managerial role
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
- A high level of influencing and negotiation skills.
- Be highly motivated and chase every opportunity and believes in long term growth.
- Strong MS office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience working with a premium brand and a strong understanding of our customer base.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry is desirable.
- A real team player attitude with the belief Daikin's values and philosophies.
