Mount Gravatt Community Centre Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Call Centre Operator. They will be responsible for ensuring clients, carers and general community are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Working collaboratively in a team environment this role requires management of a high volume of calls and enquiries daily and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong customer service focus.
We are looking for someone who possess.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess competent typing skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and client management systems for data entry.
Full training and mentoring are provided on the phone system and the Client Management System.
Residency Requirements: Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only (inc. New Zealand Citizens)
