Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Funds Management Team Assistant join our Sydney Team.

Partner with the EA to CEO, Funds Management & IR Coordinator to support the wider Funds Management team, supporting the team with diary management and general administration. To maintain a can-do attitude and complete requests in a timely fashion, with the drive to deliver exceptional results for both internal and external stakeholders.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Diary management for wider team as required
Manage invoicing end-to-end for funds management in MRI
Concur reconciliations for fund managers, wider team assistance as required
Booking travel/accommodation etc for wider funds management team
Perform various administrate tasks such as binding, printing, booking rooms and desks, organising catering etc
Assist in the preparation of various internal and external presentation, agendas and briefing pack materials
Assist in onboarding new starters
Assist in arranging various social events to promote a positive culture
Assist on business-critical projects with a variety of tasks such as information collation, liaising directly with designers, combining materials, implementing document changes, meetings etc
Support in arranging team activities, lunches, offsites and events as required
Acting as the first point of contact for the wider Funds management team
