What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll lead a dedicated team of catering staff across two campuses, guiding them to ensure every meal meets high standards of safety and quality. You'll support your team with training, assist in onboarding new staff, and ensure all workflows are followed. As a hands-on leader, you'll step into the kitchen or wards when needed, showcasing your versatility and pride in the service we provide. You'll maintain food safety records, monitor service standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in our catering operations. Flexibility, high work ethics, and a commitment to Darling Downs Health values are key as you navigate the dynamic nature of this role.
