- Belmont_
- Located in Belmont in the heart of _Geelong_, The Belmont offers _102 beds_ in a high quality, peaceful and friendly setting._
- Wallington_
- Situated _35 minutes from Geelong_ in Wallington on the _Bellarine Peninsula_, with _260 beds_, Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities_
- Armstrong Creek_
- Located on the doorstep of the beautiful _Surf Coast_, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the Geelong region with _180 beds._

Hours of work
- Minimum 3 shifts per week
- AM, PM, ND shifts available

What you’ll love to do
- Ensure resident hygiene and safety as a priority
- Support the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of residents
- Provide the best person-centred care
- Work collaboratively with members of the care team
- Facilitate ongoing communication with different stakeholders
- Accurately report any issues and concerns

What you’ll need
- Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing)
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
