We’re on the lookout for passionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Armstrong Creek.

**About the Role**
You’ll be part of a supportive team that provides person-centred support to clients with varying needs. This includes following Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), assisting with personal care, and managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience working with clients with complex behaviours
- Strong understanding of BSPs and ability to follow strategies
- Confident providing personal care
- Excellent communicator and strong team player
- Great at multi-tasking and staying calm under pressure
- Knowledge of epilepsy management is a bonus

**Shifts**:Casual and**2x Permanent Part Time
(Each shift must be completed in full - no changes to times

**Position 1 - 31 hours per fortnight**
**Week 1**
- Wednesday: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Thursday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm (With sleepover between 10:00pm to 6:00am)
- Saturday: 6:00am to 9:00am
- Sunday: 1:00pm to 7:00pm

**Week 2**
- Tuesday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm (With sleepover between 10:00pm to 6:00am)
- Friday: 3:00pm to 7:00pm

**Position 2 - 24 hours per fortnight**
**Week 1**
- Tuesday: 3:00pm to 7:00pm
- Thursday & Saturday: 7:00am to 9:00am
- Sunday: 7:00am to 1:00pm

**Week 2**
- Tuesday: 6:00am to 9:00am
- Thursday: 3:00pm to 6:00pm (With sleepover between 10:00pm to 6:00am)

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- VIC Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance
- Completion of _NDIS Quality, Safety and You_ online module

**Pay Rates**
(SCHADS Award - Permanent Part-Time, Above Award + Leave Entitlements)
- Day shift: $34.19
- Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon-Fri): $38.46
- Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon-Fri): $39.32
- Saturday: $51.29
- Sunday: $68.38
- Public holiday: $85.48
