**About the firm**

Our client is an award-winning boutique law firm with offices in Sydney and Melbourne offering exceptional and diverse advice to their clients in property and strata law. Internally, the firm offers an exceptional culture, in beautiful offices in Sydney CBD with dynamic and approachable leadership.

**About the role**

In this role you will be responsible for managing titling structures, drafting dealings for new developments, advice on legislative requirements for existing strata schemes and advocacy in strata disputes autonomously from start to finish. You will act for owners' corporations, strata managers, developers and lot owners.

**About you**:

- Senior Lawyer - Special Counsel/ Partner Level with strong experience and knowledge in both FE and BE Strata Law.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and business development skills.
- Down to earth who can contribute to an already excellent firm culture.
