**Duties**

Collaborating with two award-winning partners, you will be working with a high profile client base, running top tier construction and major project finance matters on your own from start to finish. The work will include acquisition finance, debt advisory, debt restructurings, IPO financings, strategic debt investments, and recapitalisations.

**About You**
- Senior Lawyer (**6+ PQE**); with
- A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
- Excellent technical and drafting ability;
- Ability and willingness to mentor/train junior lawyers; and
- the ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team.
