**The Role**
As the Marketing & External Communications Advisor, you will support and contribute to the development of communication and marketing strategy and activities for the organisation.

You will lead responsibility for planning, coordination and execution of a range of external events and networking opportunities, including event logistics planning, client and prospect engagement, as well as production and collation of presentations, talking points and other marketing materials.

The key accountabilities are not limited to but include:

- Work with Manager of Marketing and Communications, Investment Management teams, and other key internal stakeholders to prepare external communication plans for initiatives that have the potential to impact reputation.
- Assist in executing an ongoing content pipeline across for a range of formats and channels, aligned to overarching marketing and communication strategies and plans, including taking lead accountability for key elements within specific projects and/or campaigns.
- Play a lead role in the coordination and execution of stakeholder engagement events including meetings, workshops, conferences and forums, including those hosted by the organisation and by external providers.
- Support development of key messaging to articulate the organisations unique market proposition as a leading infrastructure investor.
- Support in the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of communication output on digital platforms.
- Maintain consistently strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Practice exceptional time management and workload management on a range of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the generation of new ideas for communication plans.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (Communications, Marketing Public Relations, Journalism)
- 3-5 years experience in communications and/or marketing
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with particular strengths in writing for a range of platforms and audiences.
- Minimum intermediate MS office suite abilities, particularly Word and PowerPoint, and a keen eye for attention to detail
